Message from Mother Mary

There is a need for many of you to start to pay closer attention to what you are thinking each day. For many of the challenges that you are currently facing actually start within your thoughts.

When you think “Yes I can” then you create the energy of being able to do whatever you choose to do. You create a sort of positive energy vortex that supports you in whatever it is that you are doing. You open the door to support and assistance from the spirit realms as you set this positive intention into motion.

If you face a task thinking, “No I cannot”, then just the opposite happens. You set the energy of not being able to do what you are thinking about doing and no spiritual assistance comes to your aid because you have just set the intention that you cannot and will not do something.

Don’t be fooled by how you phrase your thoughts, “I can’t”, “I won’t”, “I am not capable” all set the same tone and intention of not bringing what you want into being.

We recognize that for many of you that what is behind these negative thoughts is actually fear. You use “I can’t, I won’t, I am not capable” as a cover for this fear – most often the fear of what might happen if you actually do what you are thinking about doing.

Your fears and your thoughts work together as a sort of protective mechanism for you. It is like you are attempting to save yourself the possibility of pain by not even trying. And I want to say that again, you are saving yourself the possibility of pain.

And what is a possibility? Another thought. It is the thought that because something happened in the past, it might just happen again in the future if you dare to take the risk and do that which you have fear of doing.

It all comes down to your thoughts. That is the block for most of you, just distorted thinking, something that you learned to do as a child to maintain a level of safety as a child.

The difference is that you are now adults, living in a different situation with so many more skills and resources than you had as a child. The risk of the same thing happening again that happened in the past is so remote that there is no reason to have any fear. It is highly unlikely that the same thing would ever happen again, and if it does, you are well equipped to deal with the situation – and – now you know you have abundant help from the spiritual realms.

So, we say, it is time to move forward into doing what you came here to do. You need not let distorted thinking stop you from pursuing any dream that you have. What you are passionate about IS your soul work that you are being called to do through the feeling of passion.

So, how to get over this block of distorted thinking. It’s really quite simple, change your thoughts. And while it may be a challenge for some to change your thoughts right away, you all CAN change what you speak about and what you write about.

You may be thinking, “I can’t do that” but you can get around this protective mechanism by saying out loud or writing down. I can do that – or better still – I am doing that. Just this simple shift changes everything.

At first is may feel scary or difficult and that is where we in spirit come in. When you have that feeling just add the word “Help” to your statement and help is on it’s way. You can change your statement to “I am doing that and I am getting help from my guides and angels.”

That is all it takes my friends. Just a simple shift in what you say to yourself. Try this when you feel afraid of doing something and see what happens. We are here to help and you all have the gifts and abilities to do so many amazing things to change your life and the planet. It’s time to get on with your work – No more excuses.

Yes, I’m a bit slow getting my new year’s message posted. I am finding that  when I make a plan, life happens and the plan goes out the window. Reminds me of a quote that has stuck in my mind, “Man plans and God laughs.”

It’s been a REALLY intense month for me. What a start to 2012. I’ve read others say that 2012 is going to be an intense year of growth and change and so far, I’ve seen lots of evidence for that.

My daughter spent most of the month in intensive care and as her mom, I spent most of the month very worried. I’ve gotten pretty good at accepting life as it happens, but the mom in me still has an intense reaction when the life of my child is at risk.

And once again, this has been a valuable learning experience for me. I am having the opportunity to learn to see the world from a higher perspective as Mother Mary talks about in this message. Ever so slowly, I am learning to see the situation as it is without creating the emotional turmoil that making a judgement causes. And yes, I am a slow learner, especially when it comes to my child’s well being.

I’m also busy getting things ready to launch my business Your Life Purpose . I will once again be doing personal channeled messages starting in February. I’ll be sending out the details by the end of January. And, I’m making some changes to the blog on March 1st which I’ll let you know about soon.

My spiritual connections have gotten stronger and I am once again receiving messages from Mother Mary who tells me she is a member of a group that calls itself the “A team” (Ascension Team). When I tune in for messages these days, it is a representative from the A team that passes along information. It ‘s been an interesting transition from only connecting to the Lady of the Sun for so long. Another new adventure.

So without any further delay, here is the message from Mother Mary about what to expect in 2012.

You are  moving into the year 2012 as you know it to be. And there is so much “hype” as you say about what 2012 will bring.

Some predict disasters and some predict the end of the world and others predict that it is the year we move into the new earth. And we on this side of the veil wish you to know that you really do have a choice about what you experience.Many of you are starting to have a real understand of the concept that your thoughts produce things as some of your teachers say. And this is the truth of the human experience. When you think about something often enough and with enough emotional attachment, this is what you are most likely to experience in your world.

For example, if you wake up in the morning and say to yourself, “This is going to be a terrible day, I just know it.” and you walk through your day looking for examples of how terrible the day is, then that is what you look for, that is what you see and that is what you experience, a terrible day.

You have your terrible day glasses on and all you see are terrible things that match your thought that it is a terrible day. You miss the kind word your neighbor has for you, you don’t see the beauty of nature around you and you don’t allow yourself to find pleasure in the small things in life. All you can see, all you can hear, all you take in is that which is terrible. And, indeed, you have a terrible day.

But take off the terrible day glasses and put on the wonderful day glasses and you have an entirely different view of your world. You see the beauty in the world around you, you are looking for things that are wonderful, you hear the kind word your neighbor says to you and you find many things in your day that are wonderful.

Same day, different perspective and you get to choose what you focus on every moment of every day. Nothing is terrible unless you decide that it is terrible as nothing is wonderful unless you decide it is wonderful. You are creating your own experience every day. It it time to be aware of how powerful you are in creating your experience.

As you are in the year 2012, know that you get to decide what kind of experiences you would like to have in this year. In truth, it is not different than the start of any other year, but what you think and what you focus on will make the difference in how you experience this year.

If enough people put on their terrible year glasses and walk around listening to the news that sensationalizes the drama of the world and focus only on what is bad or difficult or distressing, then that is what they will experience, a world that is terrible from their perspective. A terrible day can be had by one person, a group of people or a whole city of people, depending on where they put their focus.

We suggest that you put on your wonderful glasses in the coming year, 2012, and focus your attention on the beauty, the kindness, the compassion, the good things that you want in your life and this is what you will create for yourself, a year of wonder. You have the ability to do this by yourself, with others you know and with entire communities. With the focus of wonder by many, many wonderful things will happen.

Know that you do get to choose your experience through how you think, how you feel and what actions you take. If you want to experience disaster and chaos, you can have that experience. You will find yourself in situations and places that will allow this to be your reality.

If you choose to experience peace and enjoyment and make this what you think about and take actions to support this, then you will enjoy life. Again, you get to choose.

And in time, you will get to see the world from a higher perspective, from the place of “IS”. This is the perspective without judgement and seeing the world from this place will change your life in amazing ways. This is the view of the enlightened ones.

Most of you now see the world from a place of duality, light & dark, right & wrong, terrible & wonderful. But in time to come, you will see it from the place of triality – the neutral perspective, the perspective of your higher self.

To apply this to 2012, you can learn to see the world from a place of acceptance, without judging whether or not something is wonderful or terrible and seeing the world from that place of acceptance of what IS. This is a very peaceful place to be.

For in truth situations are not right or wrong, they just are. It is you who give meaning to a situation by how you judge it. You decide if it is good and you decide if it is bad or you can see the situation and know that it just IS.

By accepting every situation as being just what it is you do not get caught up in the emotions that have ruled your life for so many years and so many lifetimes.

When you think something is terrible, you are likely to have an emotional reaction that you find to be uncomfortable – the so called negative emotions as you see them. And then you react from that emotion.

If you judge something to be wonderful, then you tend to have more positive emotions which is what most of you prefer to feel and are seen as being more acceptable.

But this leaves you entirely dependent on the situations in your life to determine how you feel most of the time. It starts with a situations that happens. You judge it to be terrible. You feel what you call bad feelings and you have less enjoyment in life. You judge it to be wonderful and you have a certain feeling. Then you react from those feelings.

But what if you were to look at every situation and instead of judging it to be good or bad, you just accept the situation as it is happening without all of the emotional attachment to it all. You just see the situation as it is. This is a very peaceful place to be, a place where the enlightened ones see the world from.

In truth, you do not know whether a situation is good or bad until you see the outcome of the choices you make in response to the situation. Some things that you judge as bad when they happen, turn out to be very good and some things that you judge as good when they happen, end up with the worst possible outcome.

At the time an event is happening you don’t know what the outcome will be and you tend to react from the emotions that are triggered from judging it to be good or bad. Truth is you don’t know, so why judge and put yourself into an emotional state that often determine what you choose to do.

If you accept the situation as it IS, you are not caught in an emotional reaction and you can make a choice to respond to the situation from a place of peace and calm. This is the best place to be for your emotions are not guiding your response to the situation, your heart & your mind are. And from this calm place, you are very powerful and can make choices and take action in the situation that lead you to a mindful outcome.

It can take you time to train yourself to see from the perspective of just IS, and for some of you this will happen spontaneously, but this is the next stage in human evolution, to let go of judgement and be at peace.

The choice is yours to make. We hope you choose peace for 2012.

Message from Mother Mary

There are so many changes going on in all of you at this time that are making the transition from being a 3 dimensional being into a 5^th dimensional being, which is happening to so many of you that call yourselves light workers or starseeds.

The term does not matter. It applies to all of you who are consciously learning to be all that you can be and infuse your being with love and light.

It does not matter what language you speak or where you live or what you do to fill your day. It does not matter which church you go to, which religion you follow or whether you just follow spirit as you define this for yourselves. The language and rituals do not matter to anyone but you.

What does matter is that you are being asked to move into being the ones of light that you have signed on to become in this lifetime. It is time to peel off the old disguises and step up and step out into a new life, one filled with love and light.

You have been hidden far too long and the world needs your brilliance right now. The time of needing to hold the light for many is approaching.

And I do not say this in a way to imply that doomsday is coming for it is not. Change is coming, yes, but it will not be anything like many have perceived it to be. It is a shift into the 5^th dimension where so much will change as beings learn to be open and honest with each other, to work together in partnership and to help each other when needed. That is the time that is upon all of you.

The details of how all of this will play out are truly up to your collective consciousness. While many have had glimpses of future possibilities, the reality will become what you choose it to be as the whole of humanity moves forward.

What we in spirit are doing now is waking up a minimum of 8,000 beings of light around the world, and you my messenger are one of these beings.

This is the minimum number of beings of pure light who are needed to anchor in enough light to make the changes to the 5^th dimensional way of being as easy as possible for all of humanity.

It is true that there will be earth changes and that many people will transition back into spirit. It is also true that those who choose to leave have indeed chosen to leave. It is not accidental or a catastrophe, but part of the plan that soul groups have planned for before they came into the earth plane at this time.

We in spirit are in the process of waking up as many of you as possible to simply hold light as change happens. You do this by clearing out all that is blocking you from becoming all that you can be and learning to anchor enough light in your bodies that you become a sort of love and light generator on the planet.

It is like you will be light houses that will guide others to safety. And this does not apply so much to physical safety as to emotional and spiritual safety, generally helping others to live the light that they are and make choices that lead them to joy and fulfillment.

The wakeup call has been sounded and many of you have responded, indeed many more that the required 8,000 have begun the process of changing their lives to live out the divine contracts that you signed on for before you came into the earth plane.

For this wakeup has been planned by the soul group who chose to be on the planet at this particular time in history to stabilize humanity during the time of change.

If you think you are one of those who are being woken up, then know that it is most likely that you are. For, you would not be attracted to the energy of these words if the message was not for you.

Most of you will be changing in dramatic ways, your relationships, you location, your work and most importantly, your way of being in the world.

It is important that you learn now to tune into your own inner guidance to facilitate this process. There are many among you who can assist you to learn how to do this. The main technique is to just learn to still your mind, listen to that inner voice and then trust the information that comes to you. You all have this ability built in, you just need to start using and trusting it.

Many of you will be setting up what another of our messengers calls “storefronts”. A storefront is the unique way that you bring your gift and abilities out into the world. These are your spiritual gifts that are a perfect match for the natural talents that you have. The next step in this is to match these with the needs of those in the world around you.

You will know exactly what to do. Learn to trust your inner guidance each step of the way. And to help you tune into this, we are training many, many messengers like the one who is writing this, to bring the words of spirit into your awareness.

Seek them out. Not so much to tell you what you need to hear, but to confirm what you already know intuitively, but don’t quite trust. That is the true role of the messengers, to affirm your inner knowings that you have learned to ignore.

There is some sense of urgency in getting the so called infrastructure of lightworkers in place to facilitate the coming changes. Because of decisions to grow and move forward that many of you have made in the past year, the whole process has speeded up.

Your light, love and gifts are needed now. That is why some of you are feeling such an urgency to do things and are making decisions that seem to be out of character for you. You too are being speeded up and are being pulled by your own inner wisdom to prepare to do your light work.

With this shift into your new roles, comes a change in your own physical system which is why so many of you are having physical challenges again.

It is like you have always functioned as a 30 watt light bulb. You have always held enough energy in your physical system to light a 30 watt bulb. That was your wattage while you were asleep and just going through life, learning what you came to learn and preparing for the next phase of what you came to do.

The lightworkers need to begin to burn 300 watt light bulbs in order to fulfill their roles as the energy transition proceeds. This means that you need to have a physical system that allows you to generate enough energy to light up a 300 watt bulb.

Think about it. It takes a lot of changes to your system to get you burning bright as the true being of light that you are. And that is the change that is happening to so many of you.

This adjustment is mostly felt on a physical level in some dramatic ways, as you have been experiencing, often as pain and often as fatigue. Wherever you have a weak point in your physical body, you will most likely feel the greatest challenges, for this is where the shift of energy is most needed.

The adjustment is also happening to your emotional body, your spiritual body and your etheric body although how you experience this is very different.

Every one of you is at a different stage of this change and has a unique body, mind, spirit system already. So what each of you experience will be different.

It is appropriate to ask for help from others if you feel the need for this. There are many different practitioners who can assist you through this time of change and indeed, many of these practitioners are the ones who are also going through times of change themselves.

There is no one on this planet that is not being affected in some way. The energies of planet earth are different than they were just a few months ago and will continue to shift as time as you know it goes on.

Just know this. There are many, many, many beings of light around you to assist you at this time. While the changes may feel uncomfortable, they are all for the highest good. There is lots of help that you can provide for each other and you are being guided each step of the way.

Know most of all that this is a great service that you are doing for all of humanity by being conscious about moving into being the beacon of light that you are meant to be. We honour you for taking on this task.

You are loved beyond measure and we in spirit are here to help you in any way that we can. We just need you to ask.

So hold on as you go through this time of change. It won’t last much longer given that you do what you can to just ride it out with ease and grace. You can’t even begin to imagine the wonders of what you are in the process of creating.

Q. What is an oversoul? What does it mean to merge with your oversoul?

A.  There is an aspect of yourself that you disconnected from when you left “home” to come into a physical body to learn what you wanted to learn and do what you chose to do here for the light. This part of you knows that you are a part of God or what you may call Source energy. That is who you really are. A part of God living in human form. Most of you just do not know that.

You chose to split off that part of you to make it easier for you to have a human experience for if you always knew that you were God and had access to all that is, what would you be able to learn? This part of you that knows itself to be an aspect of God is called your oversoul.

You all have an oversoul and you all are connected to this aspect of yourself, it most often is outside of your conscious awareness as you chose for it to be. But that is now changing with the release of new light energy and a firm anchor into the crystalline grid. There is now work to be done for your fellow man and the planet that requires that many of you now merge with your oversoul.

So how to do this? There are many ways to initiate this merge, the most simple  being to just ask that this be done and be open to the changes that this will bring. And, while the changes occur there may be a tendency to want to shut this process down and you have the ability to do so. For becoming who you are will feel very different.

You will know that you are part of the all that is which will affect how you interact with the world around you. You will know that you are energetically connected to all that is, be it something you feel good about or something you find distasteful. All is a part of God. All is a part of you. This is true oneness of spirit.

As the merge begins you will begin to have a greater awareness of  your connection to Source, a closer and more open line of communication with those in spirit and an increasing awareness of how everything you do affects everything around you. This may at first feel somewhat overwhelming, but just as everything that is new, you will get used to it in time as the new becomes ordinary.

You may choose to work with a practitioner of light to initiate this merge, someone who can guide you to connect with aspects of self that you are not yet conscious of. There are many different modalities and techniques that can be used. If you prefer to work with another person, just ask and be open to whom you are guided to. But know that the key is that you ask and acknowledge your readiness for the merge to begin

For some, the process may seem instantaneous and for others, it will happen more slowly as in your case. You may experience strange sensations, feelings and visual experiences such as lights and fog like visions. These are all part of the merging process.

Merging with your oversoul is part of the process of ascension for it is reconnecting with “home” while still on earth. it is knowing and being a living aspect of God in physical form with the knowledge and abilities that you have access to when you are fully living on the other side of the veil, “home” as many call it.

We celebrate your decision to become fully aware of who you are and to fully embrace the gifts that you have. Having access to the entirety of who you are allows you to fully move into your role as worker for the light, shining brightly and being all of who you are while living on this planet.
